It is also this feeling of excitement for new beginnings, that when felt on the New Moon, can bring about profound transformation within one’s life. Amanda will help keep you in flow with the theme surrounding each New Moon because of the many energetic and life changing benefits you can gain.

Every aspect of the lunar cycle has an influence on our energy, whether it’s waxing or waning, our energy too reflects that. Whenever you join Moonday Meditation Class, you will immediately be linked in with an understanding of where things are at energetically in the cosmos to help you deepen your awareness of where you are at in yourself.

If you are keen to learn more about the cycles of the moon, and her influences, you may be interested in joining Zoomlodge – an online 3 hour workshop run both for New Moon and Full Moon, where we delve deeper into what is going on in the cosmos, and how that particular moon may be influencing you for the whole cycle. Included is a sharing circle, cosmic update and meditation. These Zoomlodges are beneficial in many ways, especially for New Moon as this helps keep the flow for the cycle ahead.

New Moon is a time for new beginnings. . ..

It’s a wonderful time to glean wisdom from the previous moon cycle, refocus on your goals, set new intentions and prepare your way into the new cycle with refreshed energy.

This is the time where our Grandmother Moon is in shadow from the light of the Sun and therefore also, where what is in shadow within our subconscious mind is brought to the surface of our consciousness to be recognized and healed. We are more sensitive around new moon, as our energy naturally retreats inwards, which offers us insight into our deeper emotions and feelings during this time.

It is understandable how linked in our emotions are with the moon, after all it governs the waters and tides of the oceans of our planet. And with men being made up of 60% water and women being 55%, it is only natural for us all to be influenced in some way.

When you can harness the power of the waxing moon with focused and conscious intention to create transformation in your life, and then feel the power of the waning moon in letting go of whatever your Spirit no longer needs, a greater sense of awareness and empowerment comes into your reality as you flow with the larger cycles in the cosmos, and a deeper sense of trust into the Great Mystery doth thee go…

Program your week with Moonday Manifesting Meditation Class!

These 30 minute weekly classes will keep you in flow, conscious, focused and empowered in between New Moons to assist you in maintaining focus on your goals, as well as creating a healthy routine of consciously utilising the innate power of your mind, together with the wisdom of your heart, to transform your life!

The Session format Includes:

  • Daily Cosmic Update of where things are at astrologically today.
  • Personal Check-in
  • Focus of the session will be dependent on what element the moon is in that cycle ie. (Air, Fire, Water or Earth).
  • Meditation to gain wisdom from the last week, regroup in the now, and project forwards for your week and month ahead.
  • Transcribing wisdom gained into your journal, brain storming etc
  • Transfer/schedule important information to your weekly Diary
  • Get clear on what you are going to do today

They will be fast paced with a 10 minute check in starting at 10.20am.

When:  Every Monday @ 10.20 AM – 11.30AM

VIA:  Zoom

COST:  $13 per week or $47 for 4 weeks.

All sessions will be recorded and sent to you via email with a link, so if you can’t make it, you can listen or watch it later on that day.
